Mommsenstraße on the corner to Schlüterstraße – this is where the heart of Berlin is beating. Just a few metres north from Kurfürstendamm, this historic corner ensemble is situated in the prime location of Berlin-Charlottenburg.

One of the sole proprietors, Andreas Volland was assigned to design and restore the facade of this object in the style of Gründerzeit.

Today, this prominently located residential- and commercial building is one of the defining landmarks between Kurfürstendamm and Kantstraße.
