In 2010, the Volland Projektmanagement GmbH, a Volland Group company, took on the assignment for the planning, project development, and restructuring of this listed gem, situated in close proximity to Kurfürstendamm.
Apart from the restoration of the facade acc. to historic models, a style-defining structure on the top floor with an impressive set of steeples was realised.
On an area of approx. 450 m², three luxurious housing units with sunny roof terraces were created.
Today, this Gründerzeit ensemble radiates new splendor, and is one of the benchmarks in the historic surroundings of Berlin-Charlottenburg.
