This Gründerzeit ensemble in Wilmersdorf is located in a quiet but still very central part of Berlin. A special appeal is given to the estate, as it can only be accessed via a cul-de-sac, where only access traffic is allowed. The two rear houses grant a view on the newly designed backyard.
Andreas Volland purchased the estate together with Robert Pinna in 2010, and successively revitalized the building. In 2011, the first housing units between 50 m² and 150 m² were sold.
