Pilgersheimer Straße 60 / corner Jamnitzerstraße
The neighbourhood of Untergiesing / Harlaching is one of the oldest and most popular corners of the Bavarian capital.
The attractive and historic, south-east facing multi-family house was built in 1910, and acquired by Andreas Volland and Robert Pinna in 2008.
Its exceptional infrastructure and direct vicinity to Candidplatz and the shores of the river Isar make this house unique. During the revitalization of the estate, special emphasis was given to the restoration of the facade.
With the help of historic construction plans, the unadorned post-war facade could reclaim its original stucco elements form the period of Gründerzeit. At the same time, 400 m² of top floor were converted, and three new exclusive maisonette flats were created, comprising large roof terraces and offering a fascinating view.
All flats were sold.
